A: We currently utilize two warehouses both located in California.

Q: If my order ships separately will I be charged extra for shipping?
A: Since we utilize two warehouses orders of multiple products may ship in more than one shipment. You will only be charged once for shipping.

A: You will receive an email letting you know along with your tracking information.

A: Absolutely. Every step of the Stone & Clay online ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable if anyone should attempt to intercept it.

Q: How can I be sure that an item is in stock?
A: As you shop, we`ll let you know if an item you wish to purchase is on backorder or no longer available. If the item is on backorder, we'll tell you the date when it will be available for shipment. If an item becomes permanently out of stock after you`ve made your purchase, we`ll notify you by email.
